Ray Ingleby

Ray has almost 20 years’ experience in developing residential and commercial property in the Fylde region and Spain. He has developed apartment buildings as well as housing developments and commercial buildings in Lancashire, including Primary Care Centres for the NHS. He was chairman of a number of overseas businesses that developed apartment and villa complexes on the Costa del Sol and the Costa Blanca. Overall, he has developed residential space with a total value of over £300 million.
Previously Ray moved to the U.S. and formed Ingleby Comm Corp (ICC). In 1996 ICC went public valuing the company at $120m and Ray became the youngest ever Chairman of a NYSE company. Ray moved back to the UK in 2000.

Joanna is a highly experienced commercially focused manager with an International blue chip track record working for 6 years in Corporate and Commercial Banking for HSBC Bank plc where she obtained significant experience in change management and performance improvement, working with clients such as ICAP and Marks and Spencer.
Joanna spent many years as a Multi-National Manager with American Express Europe where her clients included JP Morgan Chase, Diageo, BHP Billiton, and BNY Mellon. There she gained awards including Account Director of the Year, Awarded Share Options for Outstanding Achievement and the prestigious American Express Corporate Services Europe Centurions Club Membership in recognition of Outstanding Achievement.

Joel has been a multi-disciplined and talented Chairman, CEO and Director for 24 years with a proven track record of adding value through brand, private label, manufacturing, retail and sourcing strategies. Along with chairing The Helium Sofa Group (Buoyant Upholstery) he also sits in an advisory capacity on the board of 2 other businesses as a Non-Executive Director in the property financing and hospitality sectors.
At corporate level he has completed two successful VC backed MBO’s, a trade sale to the Welspun Group in India and completed a few roll up acquisitions along the way.

Chris Eddleston

Chris was educated at Fettes College Edinburgh and later gained a Law degree from Manchester qualifying as a Solicitor. His career has proved to be very successful, holding a number of senior roles within some of the major legal practices in the UK and concluded his career at the Global American law firm of Squire Patton Boggs. During his time at Squire Patton Boggs, Chris was Global Head of Hospitality and Leisure Services practicing as a commercial lawyer.
Away from the law Chris was a Director with Apollo Leisure Group in the 1990’s. He also founded the AHC, the largest hotel conference for independent hoteliers in 2004 and later sold to Questex in 2016.

Matthew holds a Building Surveying BSc. (Hons) and has joined RCA Developments with a wealth of expertise. A native of the Fylde Coast, Matthew is deeply passionate about the local environment, striving to preserve and enhance the natural beauty of the area.
Previously, Matthew had an extensive career in corporate energy procurement and sustainable technology. As a key advocate for Net-Zero and sustainable practices, he brings a strong commitment to sustainability to our team. Additionally, he has a proven track record in project management, overseeing the successful delivery of complex tasks and projects.

Ian is an accomplished executive with over two decades of leadership experience across international banking, real estate development, and brand strategy. He held senior general management roles with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia in Vietnam and Hong Kong, where he led operations in fast-moving, high-growth markets.
For the past 16 years, Ian has been Executive Director at Bricks Group and True Student Limited. In this role, he has overseen the development and successful operation of more than £400 million in purpose-built student accommodation across the UK. His focus on business development, investment strategy, and operational delivery has been instrumental in establishing True Student as a leading brand in the sector.

Rick joined the Company in 2020 as a qualified Chartered Accountant with experience as a financial accountant, management accountant and customer finance manager who has demonstrated significant expertise as a finance and business analyst and possesses excellent IT, analytical and problem-solving skills.
During 8 years at Xchanging Procurement Services, Rick influenced the exit of a lossmaking contract by creating a bespoke P&L model for XPS concentrating on a multinational consumer goods customer managing $1.6 billion of their annual tail end spend. He also managed a team controlling a customer contract covering €250m annual spend and was responsible for the collection of XPS’ share of the savings worth €8m annually.

Fred is a seasoned solicitor with over 35 years of experience spanning private practice, in-house legal roles, and specialist sectors. He began his legal career in 1987 at Fisk Swain Solicitors, where he developed a strong foundation in legal practice before moving to Barr Longton Solicitors in 1997. In 2000, Fred transitioned into the corporate sector as Head of Legal at Adacel Technologies, a multinational software company, where he advised on a broad range of commercial and international legal matters.
In 2003, Fred founded The Rose Partnership Solicitors LLP, where he served as Senior Partner for over a decade. His practice was defined by a commercially focused approach, supporting clients across a wide range of industries with pragmatic, solutions-driven legal counsel.

Harry Ashworth

Harry has over 50 years’ experience in the construction industry, acting as developer, contractor and various management roles. He has carried out a wide range of building activities, carrying out projects for various institutions including Lancashire County Council, Guardian Royal Exchange Assurance, the Property Services Agency and the NHS and many others, with contract values of up to £16m.
He has also carried out speculative developments in the Fylde area, including the re-development of the Lytham Baths site into luxury apartments and “The Leylands”, a development of luxury townhouses overlooking the sea in Lytham, and “Nichol Court” that overlooks the sea in St Annes.

Shaun Beverley

Shaun is a Director of Beverley Architectural Design & Build Co. Ltd, and has been involved in the design and construction of commercial and residential buildings for over 30 years.
His first new-build development was in 1986, and he went on to win many local design awards around the Fylde Coast over the subsequent twenty years.
In 2004 he achieved the Runner Up Award in the Daily Telegraph Design Awards, and in 2009 he went on to win the Top Overall Award for the Best Development nationally, again from the Daily Telegraph.
